In this role, you will deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your enthusiasm, compassion, and dedication will help clients develop essential skills, improve behavior, and enhance their quality of life. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow professionally while providing impactful care in both clinical and home-based settings. Responsibilities Implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy protocols to support clients with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental disorders Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including grooming, dressing, and communication skills Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Support clients in developing social, communication, and functional skills through engaging teaching methods Maintain detailed medical documentation, care plans, and behavioral records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate effectively with clients' families and caregivers to ensure consistency across environments Follow ethical guidelines outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts to ensure high-quality, respectful care Experience Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially in home-based or school settings Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and experience implementing ABA therapy protocols Familiarity with behavioral data collection techniques and behavior management strategies Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders is highly preferred Understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with clients' families Previous experience supporting clients in community or school environments is a plus

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
