Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and adolescents with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress by conducting comprehensive assessments, designing effective behavior intervention strategies, and providing clinical supervision to staff. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment planning Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles Collect, analyze, and interpret data on client progress to ensure treatment effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians and staff working with clients in various settings, including home-based and school environments Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support clients' developmental goals and ensure consistency across environments Perform patient assessments, intake evaluations, and diagnostic evaluations for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality Qualifications Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working with children with disabilities, particularly those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, functional assessment methods, and behavior intervention strategies Proven experience conducting behavioral health assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards aligned with HIPAA compliance Experience working in diverse settings such as clinics, schools, or home-based programs is highly desirable Excellent client communication skills to effectively collaborate with families and team members in a compassionate manner Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and data accuracy Join us in making a difference! Pay:

$85,000.00 - $106,041.79 per year
