We are looking for a dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Senior Behavior Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll work 1-on-1 with children, implementing individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans to help them build communication, social, and life skills. If you bring energy, heart, and a genuine commitment to helping kids thrive, we'd love to meet you! Qualifications & Experience We are seeking reliable candidates with a heart for helping children and a strong commitment to our clients. Current RBT Certification (Active with the BACB) is required High School Diploma or equivalent required Ability to pass a background check. Physical Requirements Working with active kids requires energy! Candidates must be comfortable with the following physical demands: Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, stand, and move around comfortably for extended periods. Physical stamina to keep up with active, fast-moving children throughout the day. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lb as needed.
