Andrews Center is looking for passionate, energetic Behavior Technicians to join our Treatment and Learning Center. You'll work one-on-one and in small groups with children with autism and developmental delays, helping them build critical life, social, and communication skills through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) .

What You'll Do:

Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with guidance from BCBAs/BCaBAs. Teach social, communication, self-help, academic, and vocational skills. Collect data, track progress, and contribute to each child's success. Support children displaying challenging behaviors with patience and care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Physical Requirements:
