Thrive Behavioral Consulting is expanding and is looking for individuals who love to learn, play and live each day to the fullest while helping our clients Thrive! Training & BCBA Supervision hours provided!
Responsibilities:
  • Direct implementer of applied behavioral analysis programs designed and overseen by a BCBA, serving clients ages 2
  • 20 years old.
  • Communicate professionally and clearly regarding client progress and concerns
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
  • Implement and follow behavior protocols
  • Track client progress and program data
  • Understand and follow company values and policies
  • Work efficiently and collaboratively with others as part of a larger team
  • Manage multiple tasks at one time proficiently
  • Organized, good time manager and self-motivated
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or higher, some college preferred in relevant areas (psychology, child development, behavior analysis, education, speech)
  • Proficient effective and professional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Reliable transportation and is able to travel between locations
  • Must be able to easily lift/move 50 lbs, and bend, stoop, move with ease without limitations.
