What You'll Do Lead, coach, and mentor a team of RBTs to provide exceptional client care. Review and approve clinical documentation to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with auditing standards. Correct documentation errors and ensure all deadlines are met. Ensure weekly and month-end documentation aligns with employee timecards and company requirements. Monitor team productivity and service hours, proactively communicating staffing or scheduling concerns to leadership. Create and manage team schedules to maximize client coverage and employee hours. Train new team members and coordinate shadowing during onboarding and module training. Reinforce company mission, values, policies, procedures, and best practices through ongoing coaching. Lead monthly team meetings focused on professional development, client care, and company updates. Ensure monthly quizzes, required trainings, and competency requirements are completed on time. Conduct quarterly performance reviews and provide ongoing feedback and coaching. Support implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) by training staff and collaborating with clinicians. Partner with Directors to ensure curriculum implementation and treatment consistency. Meet regularly with leadership to review team performance and staff competency. Oversee medication tracking and communication to ensure timely refills and proper administration. Coordinate the Crisis Response Team, including scheduling on-call coverage, supporting crisis situations, coaching staff, and ensuring required documentation is completed. Communicate staffing needs, performance concerns, and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) with the Associate Director. Assist with additional leadership responsibilities as needed to support the success of the program. What We're Looking For Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (Required). Previous ABA experience and strong understanding of behavior intervention principles. Leadership, mentoring, or supervisory experience is preferred. Excellent organization, communication, and time management skills. Ability to coach others while fostering a positive and supportive team culture. Strong attention to detail and commitment to documentation accuracy. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for helping individuals succeed and supporting meaningful outcomes for clients.
