BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinic Director Job Summary:
At Little Champs ABA, we empower children on the autism spectrum with top-quality ABA therapy, nurturing their growth and development with care to help them become the true champions they are. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Clinic Director to lead our South Salt Lake location, overseeing both clinical excellence and day-to-day center operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Leadership:
+ Oversee the development, implementation, and ongoing review of individualized treatment plans + Supervise and mentor BCBAs, BCaBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other clinical staff + Conduct case reviews, treatment plan audits, and clinical quality checks
Operations & Staff Management:
+ Manage day-to-day operations of the center, including scheduling and caseload assignments + Recruit, hire, onboard, and train new clinical and administrative staff + Conduct staff performance evaluations and support professional development
Compliance & Administration:
+ Ensure compliance with Utah state licensing requirements, HIPAA, and insurance regulations + Oversee accurate clinical documentation and data collection (e.g., Central Reach) + Manage authorizations, billing accuracy, and coordination with insurance providers
Business & Community Relations:
+ Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (pediatricians, schools, insurance companies) + Serve as the primary point of contact for parent/caregiver concerns and communication + Represent the center in community outreach and local marketing efforts
Qualifications:
Required:
+ Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field + Active BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification + Eligible for or currently hold Utah behavior analyst licensure + Minimum 3-5 years of experience providing direct ABA therapy services + Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or clinical director role + Strong working knowledge of ABA principles, treatment planning, and program development + Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills + Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to pass a background check
