The Behavior Tech is responsible for supporting the residents during their stay at the facility. Behavior techs are there as a support, to hold residents accountable, and to complete daily upkeep of the facilities. They are responsible for documenting incidents (both good and bad), encouraging residents to attend classes or events, and supporting managementRequirements:
Responsibilities:
- Understand and implement Switchpoint's mission and values, and adhere to the Staff Code of Conduct and policies and procedures Provide exceptional customer service to all residents of the facility.
EXPECTATIONS
Be an example of the Switchpoint culture, create a positive work environment for yourself, residents, and other co-workers. Abide by all Switchpoint rules and policies. Keep accurate logs of all transactions and submit them to management daily. Excellent customer service Ability to de-escalate Experience in working with those who struggle with mental health and homelessness. Excellent oral and written communication skillsCompensation Starting Wage:
$19/Hour Graves (11 pm- 7 am)
