What You'll Do:
Work directly with children using individualized behavior plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Track and report on progress through daily data collection and electronic session notes. Support families and caregivers through guidance and collaboration. Maintain a positive and organized learning environment in the clinic. Attend trainings, complete required documentation, and maintain your RBT certification. Be a key part of a supportive clinical team that works together to ensure each child's success. You Might Be aGreat Fit If You:
Have a high school diploma and experience working with children. Love helping others and making a positive impact. Are reliable, coachable, and thrive in a team-focused environment. Can physically engage in sessions, including moving between standing and kneeling. Have or are working toward your RBT certification and CPR/First Aid credentials.We Offer:
