Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and have experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. As a BCBA, you will lead behavioral intervention programs, conduct assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans to promote positive outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments to identify client needs and develop tailored intervention strategies. Design, implement, and supervise behavior modification programs grounded in applied behavior analysis principles. Collect, analyze, and document data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and support staff to maintain high standards of patient care. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by maintaining accurate medical documentation and safeguarding client confidentiality. Participate in intake assessments, treatment planning meetings, and progress reviews to optimize client outcomes. Experience Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Demonstrated experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques, data collection methods, and applied behavior analysis methodologies. Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and patient assessment procedures. Experience working within a behavioral health or special education setting is preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations related to medical documentation and patient privacy is essential. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams while maintaining a patient-focused approach. Pay:

$88,215.57 - $90,000.00 per year
