Behavioral Analyst for Developmental DisabilitiesCompany:

- Infinite Therapeutic Pathways, Inc is a leading provider of therapeutic consultation services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Position Overview:
- We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavioral Analyst to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) to analyze the antecedents, behaviors, and consequences influencing individuals' behavior.
- Develop individualized behavior support plans (BSPs) based on the results of FBAs and in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members and stakeholders.
- Implement evidence-based behavior modification techniques, including reinforcement strategies, prompting procedures, and skill acquisition protocols.
- Provide direct/indirect behavior analysis services to clients in various settings, including homes, schools, and community-based programs.
- Monitor and track clients' progress toward behavioral goals, adjust intervention strategies as needed, and collect data to evaluate treatment effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency and continuity of care.
- Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders on behavior management techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and implementing ABA interventions.
- Strong knowledge of behavior analysis principles, functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies.
- Excellent data collection, analysis, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting best practices in behavior analysis.
- Must be able to pass a background check, Virginia Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry check, and a List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE) check.
- Must be able to create own work schedule, while meeting job requirements.
