About Us As a licensed provider of Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services, we are committed to providing culturally sensitive care to children, adults, and families. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to using evidence-based methods to address mental health, substance abuse, and behavioral issues.
Position:
ABA Technician As an ABA Technician at Therapeutic Alliance LLC, you will play a vital role in helping children develop essential life skills. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to create and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities:
Implement individualized service plans (ISPs) Conduct ABA therapy sessions Build positive relationships with clients and their families Assist with obtaining necessary wraparound services Provide support and resources to clients and their families
Qualifications:
High school diploma required; college degree preferred Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is a plus At least one year of experience working with children with developmental disabilities Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping others Effective communication skills Availability to work morning or evening hours up to 29 hours per week.
