We are a growing provider of in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Northern Virginia, dedicated to supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our mission is to deliver evidence-based, compassionate care that enhances the lives of individuals and families. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a passionate and experienced part-time BT/RBT to join our team and provide high-quality services in a supportive, collaborative environment.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Behavior Technician (BT) to join our growing team. This is a part-time, in-home position where you will work directly with children implementing behavior plans designed by a BCBA. Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs Collect accurate session data and complete documentation Maintain clear and professional communication with caregivers and supervisors Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing supervision
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required) RBT Certification OR completion of a 40-hour ABA training course (required) Current CPR and First Aid certification (American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or equivalent) Negative TB test within 30 days of hire (required) Valid driver's license and proof of car insurance (required) Must be a U.S. Citizen or have valid work authorization Excellent communication, reliability, and time management skills Comfortable working in various home environments Ability to pass state and federal background checks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with children or individuals with special needs Experience working in an in-home setting
