Technology and Clinical Integration:

You'll have access to the latest research and methodologies in ABA therapy, ensuring our clients receive the best care possible. You'll also have access to our proprietary curriculum of program protocols and behavioral interventions.

What You'll Do:

Oversee the implementation of ABA programs for children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA. Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure high-quality ABA services are delivered. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Track client progress, analyze data, and adjust intervention plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes. Work closely with your supervisors to continue gaining your supervision hours and preparing for the BCBA exam.

Minimum Requirements:

BCBA Exam-Ready:

Must be sitting for the BCBA exam within 6 months.

Supervision Hours:

A minimum of 1,250 BCBA supervision hours already completed.

RBT Certification:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.

Mission Focused:

A passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential through evidence-based ABA practices.

Education:

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field, or fewer than 6 months to completion

Exceptional Core Skills:

Strong communication and leadership skills

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years practicing

ABA Reliability:

Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be able to pass a criminal background check
