Overview Join our dynamic team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT/BT), where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality behavioral therapy to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. What you'll do Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, and feeding, to promote independence and self-care skills Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment plans Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles under supervision of a BCBA Support clients in learning new skills through teaching techniques tailored to their needs, including communication, socialization, and functional skills Maintain detailed medical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to provide updates and support consistent care strategies Follow ethical guidelines outlined in the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts while delivering direct behavioral therapy Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those on the autism spectrum or with neurodevelopmental disorders Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and behavior management strategies Ability to assist with ADLs and implement behavior intervention protocols effectively Strong data collection skills for tracking behavioral progress and adjusting interventions accordingly Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance Experience working in home-based settings or school environments is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to engage clients positively and collaborate with families and team members effectively Join us in creating impactful change through compassionate care and innovative behavioral strategies.
