About Stafford Early Autism Services Stafford Early Autism Services (SEAS) is a clinic-based ABA provider serving children with autism and their families in the Stafford, Virginia area. We provide individualized, evidence-based services that focus on building communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills while reducing behaviors that interfere with learning and independence. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Position Summary Stafford Early Autism Services (SEAS) is seeking compassionate, motivated, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team. As an RBT, you will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in a fun, play-based clinic environment while working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and families to help each child build meaningful, lifelong skills. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children, values teamwork, and is committed to making a positive impact every day. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA. Provide engaging, play-based, and evidence-based ABA therapy. Collect accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data throughout each session. Complete session notes and documentation within required timelines. Assist with communication, social, adaptive, play, and daily living skill development. Implement behavior intervention plans using positive, ethical behavior analytic strategies. Participate in group activities, natural environment teaching, and clinic routines. Collaborate with BCBAs, supervisors, and fellow team members to ensure high-quality care. Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and BACB Ethics Code requirements. Attend required trainings, meetings, and supervision. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Current RBT certification (or willingness to obtain prior to working independently) Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks Preferred Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities Experience in ABA, education, childcare, or related fields What We're Looking For Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, organized, and professional Comfortable being active throughout the day, including playing on the floor, running, lifting, and assisting children as needed Passion for helping children reach their full potential Why Join SEAS?
