Training Provided What You'll Do As a Behavior Technician , you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Provide individualized ABA therapy to children in-home and in-school settings Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, behavioral, and daily living skills Collect and accurately record client progress data Encourage positive behaviors through evidence-based interventions Partner with families and clinical team members to support each child's success Travel locally to client homes and community settings as needed Participate in ongoing training and professional development Help children achieve meaningful goals and celebrate every milestone What we expect from you: High School Diploma or GED Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience working with children preferred ABA experience preferred but not required RBT Certification preferred.
