What You'll Do At AAI, we don't just assign tasks—we empower our team members to grow as professionals and make meaningful contributions. As an RBT, you'll: Engage directly with clients : Use play-based techniques to teach communication, social, self-help, and academic skills while also reducing challenging behaviors. Implement specific treatment plans : Follow step-by-step targets designed by a BCBA to help clients build independence and achieve their goals. Track progress : Collect accurate, real-time data on your client's performance to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborate with a team : Work closely with supervisors to adjust and improve plans based on your observations and insights. Certified RBTs:

$21.57-$24.29/hour .

BTs:

$20/hour during training , moving to $21.57/hour upon certification. Fully paid RBT training and ongoing supervision hours for BCBA/BCaBA candidates. Flexible scheduling, sick time and PTO . What You'll Bring For Certified RBTs:
