Overview Join our dynamic team as a Behavior Technician and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and individuals with developmental disabilities. In this role, you will implement evidence-based behavioral therapy protocols, support clients through personalized care plans, and assist with skill development across various settings. Responsibilities Collect and record behavioral data accurately during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques tailored to each client's individualized care plan Conduct direct behavioral therapy sessions under supervision, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines and treatment protocols Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency and transparency in care Skills Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or other disabilities Knowledge of behavioral health principles, behavior management strategies, and ABA therapy implementation Excellent client communication skills, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism at all times Commitment to ethical practices aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts Embark on a rewarding career path where your dedication helps transform lives.
