Job Description

We Are Hiring Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and Registered Behavior Technians (RBTs) Whether you are experienced in the field of ABA or just getting started in your career, if you are passionate about helping kids or making a difference this role could be a great fit for you! What We're Looking For:
Current Washington State CBT or RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain it) Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities/ ABA (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable, consistent and compassionate
Work Location:
In-home sessions in DuPont, WA and surrounding areas
General Time Blocks:
Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 6:30 PM ( part-time within these hours) Position Summary As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a key role in providing compassionate and evidence-based care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Working under the supervision of a licensed clinician (BCBA), you will help clients work toward meaningful progress using applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles. This position is ideal for someone who is patient, kind, and committed to helping kiddos thrive!
What You'll Do:
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under clinical supervision Accurately collect and report session data Ensure client safety, dignity, and privacy (HIPAA) Collaborate with supervisors and team members to deliver high-quality care
