Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Per Diem Take your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician or Paraprofessional to a rewarding, flexible role supporting K-12 students as a per diem staff member. What You'll Need:
Valid OSPI Paraeducator Certification or Associate's Degree Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Experience working in a school environment strongly preferred Ability to support students from kindergarten through 12th grade Strong communication and collaboration skills Passion for promoting positive, inclusive student outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or designated supervisor Support students with behavioral, emotional, or learning challenges within classroom settings Collaborate with educators, families, and specialists to encourage student success and engagement Collect, record, and report behavioral data as needed Aid in crisis de-escalation and promote positive behavioral supports Maintain patient confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions
