Job Description

Looking for an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school setting? A contract opportunity is available for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with a third-grade student during the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time position is based near Everett, WA, and will offer the support and supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), ensuring a collaborative and enriching environment.
Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience working with elementary students (preferred but not required) Ability to collaborate with a supervising BCBA Skilled in implementing behavioral interventions and data collection Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting students Strong communication and teamwork skills
Role Responsibilities:
Provide direct, individualized support to an elementary student in a school environment Follow prescribed behavioral intervention plans and collect data on student progress Collaborate regularly with BCBA supervisor, school staff, and family to ensure consistent support Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student development Participate in training and supervision sessions as required
Position Details:
Full-time, school-based contract (ASAP June 11, 2027) School hours: 8:35am-3:05pm (early release on Wednesdays at 1:51pm) Caseload focuses on supporting a third-grade female student In this role, youll foster growth and learning for a young student while enhancing your own professional experience under the supervision of a BCBA.
