9691166-98003 Job Description Make a meaningful impact working with students across a variety of educational environments. If you are a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) seeking a dynamic role supporting K-12 students, this contract opportunity offers a flexible and rewarding experience. Based near Federal Way, WA, youll consult on behavioral interventions, collaborating closely with educators and school staff across several campuses.
Assignment Dates:
November 1 through January 31
Scheduled Hours:
7 hours per day, Monday through Friday What youll bring: Valid BCBA certification Experience consulting with diverse school teams Strong skills in conducting behavioral assessments and designing intervention plans Ability to communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families Organizational skills to manage support across multiple sites (up to 8 buildings) Familiarity with K-12 school practices and a passion for supporting student success What youll do: Travel between multiple school sites to provide consultation and guidance Develop, review, and monitor behavior intervention strategies for K-12 students Support classroom teams in implementing positive behavior supports Observe students and classroomsnote that there is no direct caseload Collaborate in problem-solving discussions and professional development with staff Contribute to a positive, supportive school climate Enjoy the opportunity to work with committed teams making a difference at every grade level.
