Qualifications:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license ESA Certificate required Previous experience providing behavioral support in school settings preferred Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments and design intervention plans for students Work collaboratively with special education teams to implement evidence-based behavioral supports Train and coach staff and families on intervention strategies and data collection Monitor student progress and adjust programs as needed for optimal outcomes Comply with all state, federal, and school district regulations
