At Insights to Autism, our mission is to guide families through evidence based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services grounded in compassion, honesty, and individualized care. Position Overview As a Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), you will play an important role in delivering individualized ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will be working directly with clients to implement treatment plans, teach functional skills, promote communication, and support the development of socially meaningful behaviors.
Job Schedule:
Part time (15 - 25 hours). Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to successively complete background check. Ability to follow individualized treatment plans and accurately collect behavioral data. Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to consistent attendance and arriving on time for scheduled client sessions and team meetings. Preferred Qualifications Active Washington State Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) credential or eligibility to obtain the credential before providing services. Experience implementing ABA intervention in home or community settings. Familiarity with electronic data collection and clinical documentation systems, such as CentralReach.
