Your Role - BCBA / Board Certified Behavior Analyst As a BCBA at Aim Star Learning, you'll be the guiding star for our clients, helping them navigate their unique paths to success.
Your responsibilities will include:
Developing & Implementing Programs:
Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans tailored to each client's needs. Collaborating with
Team Members:
Work closely with CBTs, parents, and other staff to ensure comprehensive care.
Monitoring Progress:
Conduct regular assessments, analyze data, and adjust strategies to maximize client outcomes.
Training & Mentoring:
Provide ongoing training and support to CBTs and other staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Family Involvement :
Engage with families to educate and empower them, ensuring they are active participants in their child's progress. What We're Looking For - BCBA /
Board Certified Behavior Analyst Passionate Professionals:
You have a genuine passion for helping individuals with autism achieve their fullest potential.
Certified & Qualified:
You hold a current BCBA and LBA certification and have a deep understanding of ABA principles and practices.
Committed Leader & Team Player:
You love mentoring and leading and have a strong ability to supervise and train others. You work effectively as part of a team.
Experienced:
Preferably, you have experience working in a clinical setting, though recent graduates with a zest for learning are welcome.
Excellent Communicators:
You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to connect effectively with clients, families, and team members.
