Aim Star Learning is seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are actively pursuing BCBA certification and looking for an organization where they can grow from behavior technician to future BCBA. We believe developing strong BCBAs starts long before certification. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful clinical experience, work closely with experienced BCBAs, accrue supervised fieldwork hours, and develop the skills you'll need for your future career as a behavior analyst.
