MindSource Center is seeking a full-time School-Based BCBA or LABA to support students ages 5-21 with autism and related developmental disabilities in classroom settings throughout the Maple Valley area. At MindSource Center, we maintain manageable caseloads so our clinicians can focus on delivering high-quality, individualized care. You will collaborate closely with educators, families, behavior analysts, and a dedicated team of Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs). Depending on your credential and experience, you will help develop, oversee, and implement effective and respectful intervention plans rooted in evidence-based practices.   • Develop, oversee, and monitor individualized behavior support and treatment plans within the scope of your credential
  • Provide clinical guidance, training, and support to CBTs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, school teams, and other professionals
  • Use data to evaluate student progress and guide clinical decisions
  • Help students overcome barriers to learning through positive and respectful strategies
  • Apply assent-based and trauma-informed practices that promote dignity, autonomy, safety, and connection
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized recommendations
  • Participate in team meetings, family collaboration, and school-based consultation
  • Continue developing your clinical, leadership, and supervisory skills in a supportive environment Required Qualifications
  • Active BCBA certification and Washington State Licensed Behavior Analyst credential OR Active Washington State Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst credential
  • Experience developing and implementing behavior support or treatment plans for children with autism or related developmental disabilities
  • Strong clinical, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills
  • A team-focused and compassionate approach
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
  • Ability to successfully complete required background checks Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working as a BCBA/LBA or LABA
  • School-based experience
  • Experience training, mentoring, or supporting behavior technicians
  • Knowledge of Practical Functional Assessment (PFA) and Skills-Based Treatment (SBT)
  • Familiarity with assent-based, trauma-informed, and compassionate care practices Compensation
  • Annual salary range of $75,000-$110,000
