In this role, you will work closely with individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed behavior analyst. Your primary focus will be to support clients in achieving their personal goals and improving their quality of life through evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Implement individualized treatment plans based on Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Collect and maintain accurate data on client behaviors and programs. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop effective strategies for client care. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations regarding medical documentation. Provide support and guidance to clients in various settings, promoting independence and skill development. Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills related to behavioral health. Skills Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Punctual and consistent attendance for client sessions Ability to accept feedback and adjust therapeutic techniques based on information from your supervisor Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating empathy and patience. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients, families, and team members. Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in all aspects of client care.
