9664619-98012 Job Description Step into a dynamic opportunity as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting K-12 students in an onsite, full-time contract role. Key Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience supporting children or adolescents with behavioral needs preferred Familiarity with data collection and implementation of Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Effective communication skills with students, staff, and families Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary educational team environment Capability to manage a full-time schedule and K-12 caseload onsite
Core Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 or small group behavioral support to students as outlined in each students plan Collect, accurately track, and report behavioral data daily in accordance with program procedures Assist with developing and implementing positive behavioral strategies Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other professionals to maximize student progress Support students in classroom routines and transitions, promoting a positive learning environment Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards at all times Seize a rewarding chance to add valuable experience to your professional portfolio while enriching the lives of students.
