We're growing our team in the Lake Washington area and are hiring BCBAs to support students, families, and educators through consultation, behavioral support, and collaborative problem-solving.   • 100,000 salary (DOE) ✔ $1,000 Sign-On Bonus ✔ Monday-Friday schedule ✔ No evenings or weekends ✔ 3 weeks PTO + 8 paid holidays ✔ Mileage reimbursement ✔ Free ACE-approved CEUs ✔ Flexible scheduling with supportive leadership What You'll Do Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop behavior intervention and support plans Partner with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Provide behavioral consultation and coaching Depending on the assignment, some positions include supervising a small Behavior Technician (BT) caseload We're Looking For Active BCBA certification Washington LBA (or eligible to obtain) Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field School-based experience preferred Why Our BCBAs Stay We believe great behavior analysts do their best work when they have time to collaborate, build relationships, and focus on meaningful outcomes—not productivity quotas.
