No CBT or RBT certification? No problem — we'll cover the cost of your Certified Behavior Technician training! What You'll Do Work one-on-one with children in our clinic, running individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. You'll lead skill-building activities, provide behavior support, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers — all within a structured clinic environment built to support your success. You'll need strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with kids and parents alike, all while keeping clear clinical boundaries. A BCBA is on-site and with you every step of the way — providing feedback, guidance, and support so your sessions stay effective and on track.
