Part-Time (With Room to Grow Into Full-Time) | Clinic-Based ABA Sessions $19-25/hour | M-F Mornings, Midday, and/or Early Evenings. No weekends or holidays! Build real clinical skills while making a real difference — one child at a time. Magnolia Behavior Therapy is growing and we're looking to add new Behavior Technicians to our clinic treatment team. No CBT or RBT certification? No problem — we'll cover the cost of your Certified Behavior Technician training! Whether you're brand new to ABA or already hold a CBT or RBT credential, you'll get the structure, supervision, and support to grow your skills, your confidence, and your career. What You'll Do Work one-on-one with children in our clinic, running individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA. You'll lead skill-building activities, provide behavior support, collect data, and collaborate with caregivers — all within a structured clinic environment built to support your success. You'll need strong communication, professionalism, and the ability to build rapport with kids and parents alike, all while keeping clear clinical boundaries. A BCBA is on-site and with you every step of the way — providing feedback, guidance, and support so your sessions stay effective and on track.
