This full-time contract position spans the 2026-2027 academic year, beginning as soon as possible and concluding in June 2027. Work directly with a dedicated team focused on supporting a third-grade student, helping her grow academically and socially in an inclusive environment.

Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required. Experience working with elementary-aged children or in school settings strongly preferred. Ability to collaborate closely with supervising BCBA and educational staff. Compassion, patience, and a commitment to fostering student success. Strong communication and documentation skills.

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver 1:1 behavioral support and implement evidence-based strategies under ongoing BCBA supervision. Support daily routines, social interactions, and academic tasks to promote positive student outcomes. Collect data, maintain detailed records, and provide progress updates to the BCBA and team. Participate in regular supervision and training sessions to ensure best practices. Partner closely with classroom teachers and school staff to ensure an integrated approach for the students needs. This full-time role follows standard school hours: 8:35am3:05pm (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) and early release on Wednesdays at 1:51pm, allowing a consistent and predictable schedule.
