Hiring CBT's (Certified Behavior Technician)
Pay:

Seeking Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT). Our program is expanding, and we're looking for looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliable Certified Behavior Technician (CBT) to work part-time with a 6 -year-old client for approximately 15 hours per week . Hours :
Monday, Tuesday, Friday 10:00a.m.-2:00p.m. What you'll get: High level of on-the-job training Flexible scheduling options Professional development assistance and RBT supervision certification support Award winning culture and mission-driven team The opportunity to leave work each day knowing you've made a difference What you'll do: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session Ensure that each client's individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA What you'll need:
Required:
High School Diploma Preferred:
Minimum of two years' experience working with children Current CBT certification Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community Here at Empower Behavior Solutions, we are a community and we aim to foster a safe and enriching environment for each child and staff member!
