Key Qualifications:

Current and active RBT certification Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in an educational environment Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection methods Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families Adaptability and empathy when supporting students with various behavioral needs

Core Responsibilities:
