Job Description

Caravel Autism Health is seeking a dedicated team member to join our Mitchell Street clinic, helping children with autism build meaningful, lasting skills. In this role, you'll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in our center and in clients' homes, following individualized treatment plans created by our clinical team. You'll collect and record behavioral data, support families with strategies for success, and collaborate with therapists and supervisors. Responsibilities Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic and home settings Implement individualized treatment plans under clinical supervision Collect, record, and report accurate behavioral and skill acquisition data Support families with strategies to generalize skills at home and in the community Collaborate closely with supervisors and clinical team members Follow all safety, ethical, and confidentiality standards Participate in training and ongoing professional development Required Skills Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques Behavior intervention implementation Data collection and documentation Treatment plan implementation Child behavior management Collaboration with clinical teams Family communication and support Basic computer and EMR use Observation and progress monitoring Time management
