Key qualifications and experience:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working in school settings, preferably in special education Ability to support both small groups and individual students Flexibility to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to evolving student needs Commitment to fostering a supportive, nurturing environment for young students Core responsibilities: Provide daily behavioral and classroom support in a self-contained K2 special education environment Assist students as they transition into general education settings, promoting inclusion and progress Deliver 1:1 behavioral support and intervention, tailored to individual student needs Collaborate closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will offer ongoing coaching and guidance to establish and maintain effective classroom structure Contribute to a positive, consistent learning atmosphere by supporting classroom routines and individual growth Benefit from access to the mentorship of experienced professionals, and the chance to develop valuable skills in an engaging, supportive setting.
