This is a full-time position with a fixed Monday through Friday weekly schedule 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. Overtime is available. Responsibilities As a Field Service Technician, you are responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment according to the manufacturer's specifications. You will perform all required quality control checks and preventive maintenance in accordance with the product's operation and/or service manual. You present the highest level of customer etiquette. You are committed to completing all documentation. Utilize systems to track service history and manage work orders. Manage and keep up with your assigned accounts. What you need High School diploma Valid driver's license Ability to pass a drug test Ability to lift 50 lbs Strong interpersonal communication skills specifically relating to stress management, people management, and conflict management. Ability to explain detailed instructions, troubleshooting, and inspection procedures. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
