Primarily Office-Based with Client-Facing Responsibilities About the Position Monument Imaging is seeking a Client Imaging Support Specialist to join our team and support our PACS and diagnostic imaging workflows while working directly with our clients. This is a primarily office-based position with periodic onsite visits to client facilities for PACS portal setup, troubleshooting, staff training, workflow support, and ongoing education. An X-ray/Radiologic Technology background is strongly preferred . We are looking for someone who understands imaging from the clinical side—not just from an IT perspective—and can use that knowledge to help clients successfully navigate their imaging and PACS workflows. What You'll Do Monitor imaging studies from the time images are pushed to PACS through final report delivery. Identify and resolve missing, delayed, incorrectly routed, or incomplete imaging studies and reports. Assist with PACS portal setup, connectivity, and workflow testing. Provide onsite training and ongoing education to client staff. Troubleshoot PACS, DICOM, modality, and connectivity issues. Work with radiologists, technologists, clients, and vendors to resolve imaging workflow issues. Work closely with the Marketing Team during client onboarding and ongoing client relationships. Participate in onsite client meetings when imaging or PACS expertise is needed. Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service. Help identify workflow problems and communicate solutions clearly to both clinical and non-clinical staff. What We're Looking For X-ray/Radiologic Technologist experience strongly preferred. Experience with PACS, radiology, medical imaging, or healthcare IT is preferred. Understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows. Strong computer, technical, and troubleshooting skills. Excellent communication and customer-service skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Professional, approachable, and comfortable working directly with clients. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Willingness to travel periodically to client facilities.
