Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Contract Bring your expertise in cardiovascular imaging to a highly collaborative environment, where skilled Cath Lab Technologists are vital to exceptional patient care. You'll work closely with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards in diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the Cath Lab.
Key Qualifications:
Current certification or registry as a Cath Lab Technologist (ARRT, RCIS, or equivalent). Demonstrated experience in a hospital-based Cath Lab or advanced imaging setting. Proficient in a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterizations, angioplasties, and stent placements. Strong understanding of patient monitoring, imaging equipment operation, and sterile technique. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.Schedule:
Contract role; specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.Primary Responsibilities:
Prepare and operate imaging equipment for cardiac procedures in the Cath Lab. Assist the cardiovascular team in all aspects of invasive and interventional procedures. Monitor and record patient vitals and procedural data. Ensure accurate documentation of all procedures and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain a clean and properly supplied procedural environment. Provide compassionate care and support to patients before, during, and after procedures.Benefits and Advantages:
