Full Job Description Role Overview:
Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide skilled care to patients in a home-based setting, helping them improve daily living skills and motor functions.
Responsibilities:
Administer treatments to develop patients' daily living and motor skills Teach patients and family members about care plans Follow physicians' orders and established care plans under supervision Provide intermittent professional services to patients with debilitating conditions
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduation from an approved Occupational Therapy program Current OT license in the practicing state Preferred minimum one-year experience, with flexibility based on prior experience Experience in Medicare home health is advantageous
