In this crucial role, you will be instrumental in supporting diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Utilizing your technical knowledge, you will assist physicians and medical teams to ensure safe and successful patient outcomes in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
Certified or registered Cath Lab Technologist (RCIS or equivalent credential preferred) Demonstrated experience in cardiac catheterization procedures and imaging technology Strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and pathology Proficient in operating imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and related cath lab technology Ability to adhere to strict safety protocols and sterile techniques Effective communication and teamwork skills Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care

Role Responsibilities:
Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies prior to cardiac procedures Assist cardiologists with diagnostic and interventional procedures, ensuring patient safety throughout Operate imaging equipment to capture high-quality images for physician interpretation Monitor patient status, documenting vital information during procedures Maintain accurate records and manage patient data according to privacy regulations Collaborate with the clinical care team, responding quickly to changes in patient condition Help maintain equipment, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure compliance with departmental protocols
