Category Nursing - CVOR Tech Job Type Travel Nestled near the foothills in Arvada, CO, this travel opportunity places you within reach of the beauty and culture of the Denver metropolitan area. Experience the energy of the Rockies, stunning parks, and vibrant downtowns with plenty of opportunities for adventure and relaxation during your time off. This assignment also offers invaluable professional growth as you contribute to a dynamic CVOR team and collaborate alongside experienced surgical professionals who utilize advanced Stryker/GE equipment and the Meditech EMR system. You'll become well-versed in a range of cardiovascular procedures and adapt to a variety of workplace practices, enriching your resume while refining your clinical expertise.
Schedule/Hours:
Weekday shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM No weekends Some call required; further details will be discussed during the interview
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
At least 3 years of Cardiovascular Surgery experience Background as a CVOR Tech with strong technical skills in CABG, AAA, Valve Replacement, and TAVR procedures Adaptable, reliable, and confident in high-acuity settings Demonstrated teamwork and effective communication abilities Flexibility to float between campuses as needed Collaborative approach supporting a market-wide CVOR team
Responsibilities:
Scrub and assist for cardiovascular surgical procedures as part of a dedicated heart team Maintain sterility and ensure all prep, instrumentation, and supplies are ready Interface with RNs and surgical staff for superior patient care (1:1 patient ratios) Float to other campuses as required, supporting both primary and partner facilities Uphold rigorous safety and quality standards throughout each procedure
