The ideal candidate will have strong vascular ultrasound skills, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality patient care. Responsibilities Perform vascular ultrasound and duplex studies in an outpatient cardiology setting. Perform carotid, venous, and arterial ultrasound examinations. Perform upper and lower extremity venous and arterial studies. Obtain high-quality diagnostic images and Doppler waveforms for physician interpretation. Ensure accurate documentation and proper completion of ultrasound studies. Explain procedures to patients and provide a comfortable, professional experience. Maintain ultrasound equipment and exam rooms. Follow established protocols for patient safety, infection control, and quality assurance. Work closely with cardiologists and clinical staff to support accurate diagnosis and treatment. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography, Vascular Technology, or Cardiovascular Ultrasound program . RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification through ARDMS required ; RVS through CCI will also be considered. Previous experience performing vascular ultrasound and duplex studies strongly preferred. Experience with carotid, venous, and arterial vascular studies. Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy, physiology, and Doppler principles. Excellent communication and patient-care skills. Ability to work independently while being a collaborative member of the cardiology team. BLS certification preferred/required. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
