Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist to support diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Responsibilities include operating fluoroscopy equipment, monitoring patient hemodynamics, assisting physicians during procedures, preparing procedure rooms, and ensuring radiation safety and quality patient care in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or Radiologic Technologist experience Current BLS certification (AHA) Current ACLS certification (AHA) ARRT certification and Registered Radiologic Technologist credential in the state of practice RCIS or RCES certified technicians will also be considered Cath Lab experience required Strong communication, technical, and patient care skills Knowledge of radiation safety standards and imaging procedures

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare patients, equipment, and procedure rooms for cardiac catheterization procedures Operate fluoroscopy equipment to obtain diagnostic cardiac and vascular images Monitor and report patient hemodynamic data during procedures Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures Ensure safe radiation practices for patients and staff Maintain procedure documentation and support accurate charge capture Manage digital imaging through PACS systems Perform equipment quality control and routine maintenance checks
