Job Description
Ultrasonographer 2
- Clinic (Cardiology Nuclear Imaging) Performs diagnostic sonographic examinations utilizing ultrasonic equipment in various modes and techniques, to locate, evaluate, and record pertinent anatomical, pathological, and functional data. The Ultrasonographer maintains and calibrates equipment, records test results, and updates patient records for referring physicians. Education
- Post High School Vocational/Specialized Training, and Completion of an Ultrasound program Licensure/Certification
- BLS certification Clinical Skills Makes adjustments to equipment in order to ensure proper technique, maintains supplies needed for specific radiographic procedures, and develops film by automatic processing in a timely and cost-conscious manner.
