What You'll Do:

Conduct adult cardiopulmonary bypass procedures Provide ventricular assist device (VAD) support and intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) support Operate Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO) systems Perform autotransfusions and acute dialysis as needed Monitor physiological parameters and blood analyzers Support organ perfusion and assist surgical teams during procedures Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes
