Category Imaging - Cath Lab Tech Job Type Contract Deliver advanced patient care and technical expertise as an Imaging - Cath Lab Tech in a dynamic and fast-paced cath/EP lab setting. This 13-week assignment offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient outcomes while collaborating closely with skilled physicians and a multidisciplinary team.
Schedule:
Full-time weekdays, 6:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with one variable weekday off each week
On-call:
1 weekend per month (Friday 5:00 p.m.-Monday 6:30 a.m.) and 4 weeknights per month (5:00 p.m.-6:30 a.m.) No weekend work except during specified on-call periods
Qualifications:
At least 1-2 years of cath/EP lab experience required Strong proficiency scrubbing for heart caths (diagnostic and interventional), peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures Familiarity with Merge Hemo documentation system is preferred RCIS or RCES licensure highly preferred; ARRT licensure acceptable with relevant scrubbing experience Active ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative care team
Key Responsibilities:
Scrub all types of procedures in the cath/EP lab, demonstrating expert knowledge of both routine and complex cases Collaborate with physicians and team members to ensure optimal patient safety and outcomes Accurately document procedures using the Merge Hemo system Respond swiftly and effectively as part of the on-call team when needed
