Job Description
Overview The City of Davison is seeking a dependable, organized, and customer-service-focused individual to join our team as a Utility Billing Clerk & Administrative Assistant . This is a varied position that combines utility billing, customer service, financial transactions, and general municipal administrative support . The successful candidate will interact with City residents and businesses while supporting several City departments and functions. Responsibilities
- Process City water and sewer utility billing and maintain accurate customer accounts.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service at the counter, by telephone, and by email.
- Receive and process utility, tax, permit, license, and other City payments.
- Provide administrative support to the Department of Public Works.
- Assist the Assessor and Treasurer with clerical and administrative functions.
- Support City boards, committees, and commissions with meeting materials, records, and related tasks.
- Become a Certified Notary Public after required training.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and assist with City website updates.
- Provide backup support for other City offices and functions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills

Pay:
$20.43 - $22.98 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per weekBenefits:
