This is an excellent opportunity for a retired HVAC technician, semi-retired technician, or an experienced HVAC professional who wants to cut back on hours while staying active in the trade.

WHAT

YOU'LL DO

This position will primarily perform residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and basic troubleshooting on: Furnaces Central Air Conditioners Boilers Heat Pumps Mini-Split Systems We're looking for an experienced technician who can confidently inspect equipment, identify potential problems, communicate findings to homeowners, and recommend repairs or replacement when appropriate.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR HVAC

experience is required. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on residential HVAC experience and be comfortable working with multiple types of heating and cooling equipment. We're especially interested in experienced technicians who may no longer want the demands of a traditional full-time HVAC service position.
